Isn't it amazing all this bickering about Hurricane Katrina. I was in Panama CIty Beach the night/morning of the hurricane, and it was windy and extremely high waves (and this is like 200-300 miles away for New Orleans). It was a powerful storm, but I am amazed that a "rich" country like American can't get their act together, afterall they did have 9/11 to prepare. It seems everyone is blaming each other, and doing the least they have to, but still look good to voters and show big figures of money. Remember how much money was donated for the Tsunami victims, they money here is nothing compared to that. And don't get me started on the people that think they should receive donations just like India and Indonesia. And you are getting money, from Cuba, Iran and over 50 countries. But to be so rude, when you have so much money at your disposal is just pure greed. But then I shouldn't be suprised. America is greed, Best man wins. Capatalism at its best.
